Josh was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend lion home services to come out and service your HVAC. They don’t try and up sale you! Josh was thorough and was able to come out on Sunday with no over charges because of the weekend.

I was really happy with my service with Lion today. Issac was very professional and troubleshoot several things I was concerned about. He also advised me of several services I could do later that would make my home safer.. Even better, the service call was less than what I expected. Very honest business.

Josh Scott came out to look at our furnace after it was blowing cold air. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was personable and professional while doing so. Josh was awesome, he fixed the problem and informed us along the way. Our previous technician, Cory, that came out for maintenance was great too. We will definitely continue to use Lion for our furnace needs.

We’ve not had the best experience with Lion. In 2022, Lion misdiagnosed our furnace as “broken” and needing to be replaced. Once replaced ($10,000 later), our new furnace had the same issue as the old one, and a new technician discovered that everything was due to a clogged exhausts pipe, and our previous furnace had been fine. Now, over two years later, another new technician found that Lion did not install our furnace correctly in 2022. The technician was great and informative, but Lion has been unresponsive to promises to fix the issue. Further, part of the issue is that an exhaust pipe with carbon monoxide exhaust has been routed directly under our daughter’s bedroom window, creating a huge safely hazard and not compliant with city code. I’ve called Lion repeatedly and keep being promised I’ll receive a call by the end of the day, but no one has contacted me in over a week. I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I advise everyone to stay away from this company.

This company is my go to for any HVAC/ Water heater needs. Scheduling is easy and techs arrive same day or next day. Techs are respectful and always wear shoe booties inside the home. They’ve gotten me out of a bind in the summer heat with an AC unit replacement that was installed a day after my unit went down. They’ve also got me out of a bind with my water heater. Can’t say enough good things about this company.

Great service! Matthew came out on a Sunday within an hour of my call, to take a look at my leaking water heater. He took the time to listen to me, tell me what he was inspecting and why, and the pros and cons of each of my many options. Payment was simple, and follow-up was quick.

I've had Lion come out twice to help me with emergencies, they have always been super nice and get whay I need done. Im glad I chose the membership, going to be very helpful in the long run. Shout out to Josh and Taylor, great guys.
